Nice UI and "UI", great game and story!

Gonna try Endless now. Nice reuse of space!

This is so cute!! <3 I love this game thank you for making it!! Keep up the good work~! <3

What neat little game! I was struggling a bit with how the puzzle work, but I was hooked and engaged with the story that I could go on until the end! The story doesn't overstay its welcome.

Anyway, I am, in fact playing the endless mode as I'm writing this comment :)

I also made a little video about this game, looking forward to your next game!

Thanks so much! It’s always great to see someone enjoying our game. I’m happy you liked the story and got the hang of the puzzle too! 🙂

A really, really, truly lovely little game. The gameplay was engaging enough that I could have gone much longer, and the sound effects and UI are both really pleasing. But it's the built-in narrative motivating the player to complete each puzzle sequence that's really clever and satisfying. Thanks for the great game!

only a four year condemnation is so much better than in that movie with chris pratt and that lady who got woken up for the rest of her life

I see you are a cutured person as well.

Super cute game, and I love the puzzle concept.

(+3)

This is exactly the sort of puzzle game I'd love to see more of. Short and sweet, with simple and interesting mechanics, and a nice narrative underpinning it! The matching mechanic reminded me of the card game Set in a nice way. Absolutely lovely game!

(+1)

Thank you! And you're spot on, the mechanic was absolutely inspired by Set (which Rose and I both really like.)

(+3)

This is cool!! Which game engine do you use? The art is also unique.

(+3)

Thank you! And we didn't use any game engine, we made everything with HTML5, Javascript, and CSS.

(+2)

This game is astonishingly good, especially given it's scale. It looks finished and polished, as a part of a big paid game would. Thank you for it!

(+2)

I liked it.  The learning curve was a little cumbersome because so many shapes right next to each other made everything look the same.  I had to resort to a lot of lucky guessing.  Maybe if only the next available to match icons were highlighted/visible, it would be easier to assess compared to all at once?

(+1)

Thank you for playing and sharing your thoughts! We tried a lot of variations to balance the sleek two-color visuals we were going for with sufficient distinctiveness for the puzzle, and I'm sorry to hear we fell on the wrong side of that for you. I do like the idea of highlighting only available icons - but the issue we found there was that, since you can match from both endpoints, essentially half the board would be highlighted. It ended up being too much visual info rather than helpful, in my opinion anyway.

These things are always a judgment call, so it's always helpful to hear feedback -thank you!

I agree with Let's Chat (about liking it and about UI concerns). I would have been content with an indicator that shows if you can link with a node when you hover over that node. To be sure, it could detract from the puzzle of managing the properties yourself, but perhaps that's a worthwhile tradeoff.

love the game. I hope you have more games like this one coming.
Mixing a puzzle game with a story is not seen too often, but it really helps the puzzle's stay interesting, as you'll always want to get the next dialog.
Great game design and cute story. 10/10

loved it. such a slick design, and well written. 👍😊

Wow such a good little game. The art and UI is great, and the sounds really compliment the game. Then I got hooked into the story, cool sci-fi world building with such minimal dialogue.  Then each round, the puzzle gameplay grew on me more and more.
Great execution on all fronts!

(+2)

I agree with all of the above statements.

(+2)

Great job, I love it! Just wish it was longer. :)

I want to say, good 9/10, enjoy, but I would have loved to have other possible stories

(+2)

This has only one mistake: T O O   S H O R T!

(+3)

I really love this game about different kinds of connections.

(+2)

This was a lot of fun because it was low-stress but still satisfying. And the story is a fun incentive to keep playing.

(+2)

another lovely game from you two!! super cute and chill. i love it when games have both dialogue and minigames, which this does perfectly :)

(+3)

I see you also were struck by the newest hit Animal Crossing drama :) very chill game!

I'm glad someone else noticed ;)
